Return & Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal (EU customers) Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery at [your contact email].
Conditions for Returns To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags and accessories included
- Returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned for hygiene or customization reasons:
- Grooming tools, supplements, or hygiene products that have been opened or used
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as final sale
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We reserve the right to deduct any diminished value if items show signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess their nature and function.
Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
